HAVE YOU WRITTEN YOUR FIRST NOVEL YET?

Thank you for visiting my website.

I wonder if you have been spending more time reading and going to your local library. So many people have become more creative during these past two years. Creative in so many ways. Perhaps you or some of your friends have written the novel they always promised to write. Perhaps it has been published.

If so, you know the great sense of accomplishment this can give you, and a sense of pride. Yes, we’ve had more time to think about our own lives, and to stop and smell the roses, and to put our thoughts or stories in writing.

Once published, your own book may be placed into your library’s collection system. This is a good feeling, and it doesn’t quite feel real. Now, when you go to your library, you know that your book is available there for people to choose to read. It’s a strange feeling. This, of course, is in addition to the fact that your book has been published and marketed to bookstores worldwide.

If you have written a novel, or a poetry book, I’m sure you would like the public to firstly buy your book, and secondly, to write a review. This is easy to do. The reason it is important to write a review, is that it will give fellow readers an insight of what you thought about the book, and thus help others to decide whether to buy your book too.

Maybe you have seen my poetry book at the bookstore, or on Austin Macauley’s website. It is called ‘The Mists of Time’. It was published by Austin Macauley Publishers, April 30, 2021. I am pleased to say, that it is now in my local library’s collection system of 21 libraries which covers a large area, and yes, it does feel good.

My book could be a nice gift to a friend who may like to read poetry. It is good to learn more about modern-day authors, and their work.
